Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.

If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.

No refunds will be made. The hotel may at their discretion, offer you a credit for your next stay.

Conditions of Residence

For security reasons no visitors will be allowed after 20h00.

Quite hour is from 21h00 till 06h00 – Remember we are in an enclosed environment. Always keep your fellow guests in mind as some might be working or traveling very early in the morning.

No load music and noise are allowed on the premises and will not be tolerated.

All rooms are non – smoking and smoking is only allowed in designated areas

Small pets are allowed by prior arrangement.

Hotel Visit Disclaimer

By visiting or staying at Lakeview Boutique Hotel & Conference Center, guests agree to the following terms and conditions:

Personal Belongings: The hotel will not be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings, valuables, or vehicles parked on the premises. Guests are advised to use in-room safes or secure storage when available.

Liability: The hotel and its staff are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that may occur to any person or guest while on the property, including in rooms, common areas, or parking facilities.

Property Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property, furnishings, or equipment during their stay, whether accidental or intentional. Charges may apply for repair or replacement.

Conduct: The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or remove guests who engage in unlawful, disruptive, or unsafe behaviour without refund.

Use of Facilities: Guests use all hotel facilities (including pool, gym, bar, and other amenities) at their own risk and must comply with hotel safety rules and posted signage.

Force Majeure: The hotel will not be responsible for service interruptions, cancellations, or delays caused by events beyond its control (e.g., weather, power outages, government actions, etc.).

By checking in, entering the premises, or using any of the hotel’s facilities, guests acknowledge that they have read and understood this disclaimer and agree to its terms.

In terms of the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 (“POPIA”), all personal information supplied to us and contained in any email correspondence or any attachments send to you is intended solely for the use of Lakeview Boutique Hotel & Conference Center and yourself. If you are not the intended recipient, please notify the sender immediately and delete all emails send to you. Any unauthorised use, disclosure or distribution of the contents is prohibited. Lakeview Boutique Hotel & Conference Center will never share or sell your personal details to a third party and must comply fully with the POPI Act.
